Join Patton Maryland at our first annual whole hog BBQ party & patio kick-off to celebrate Portland Beer Week! Get all you can eat at our whole hog roast, paired with our favorite backyard patio drinks, featuring Hopworks Urban Brewery, Maker’s Mark Kentucky Mules, When Pigs Fly house cocktail, and buckets of High Life ponies.
The whole hog will be smoked all day with Chef Wesley’s secret South Carolina recipe on our 8’ competition smoker trailer, served with choice of BBQ sauce (Jim Beam Apple BBQ, Knob Creek Maple BBW, Carolina Red & Gold sauces.) Sides include cornbread, coleslaw, beans, & potato salad, with bourbon banana pudding dessert.
$40 chef dinner includes BBQ & sides, plus two drink tickets.
