Open for lunch, dinner and daily happy hour, Patton Maryland features a Southern inspired menu, with house-ground burgers and smoked meats, and celebrates the bounty from the garden with numerous vegetarian and vegan options and daily specials.
Head Chef Wesley Berger, formerly of Paley’s Place, Gino’s, Laurelhurst Market, and Podnah’s, crafted the menu, inspired by his childhood in South Carolina. Coined “Piedmont Cuisine,” after the Piedmont Valley in SC, Berger’s Southern roots are from a unique area between the coastal plains and the Appalachian Mountains that influence the menu’s focus on comfort food and coastal fare (think smoke and sea).
